Deposit Policy
If the value of your tour is $500.00 or more and you are booking 120 days in advance, you may choose to book with a non-refundable 20% deposit.
Your balance is due 60 days in advance of your tour.

Reservation Cancellations Policy
1. Notice received more than 60 days prior to your tour date:
a. All money paid is transferable, if you rebook the reservation to another 'in-season' day or a future season's date.
b. Full payment, less the 20% deposit (min. $100.00), is refundable.
c. If you find a substitute ski/snowmobile party, your payment will be applied to the substitute party and it is your responsibility to be paid by your substitute. If SPC finds a substitute you will receive your payment, less your 20% deposit (min $100.00)
2. Notice received less than 60 days prior to your tour date:
a. The skier/snowmobiler forfeits all monies paid, unless a substitute is found by canceling party as outlined in 1. (c) above.
b. If SPC finds a substitute you will receive your payment, less your 20% deposit (min $100.00)

Refund Policy
Notice will be given as time allows should your tour be canceled on any particular day due to the mechanical failure of the company's equipment or due to insufficient number of skiers/snowmobilers on any particular day. Should a refund be warranted due to mechanical failure or insufficient skiers or snowmobilers, if you never left the village or got any runs then the amount paid is fully refundable.
SPC averages 7 ski runs per ski tour and 2.5 of riding time per snowmobile tour. If you suffer a mechanical during the tour, then the amount refunded or credited will be $40 US per run not skied and $70 per hour not snowmobiled.

Snow & Weather Conditions Policy
**Our SKI THE GOOD STUFF 1ST Run Guarantee; if you are not satisfied with conditions for any reason after your first run, you may request a snow check good for another day during the same calendar year.
That said SPC is located 30 miles east of the wettest spot in the US Rocky Mountains but it is seldom impossible for the snowcat or snowmobiles to operate under adverse conditions or for the lead guide not to be able to provide a safe and adventurous tour.
But because we are dealing with the unpredictability of weather, we cannot guarantee the weather or snow conditions you will encounter on your tour day.
Generally you will encounter good to excellent snow conditions. Occasionally, snow conditions will be fair, and very occasionally they will be poor.
SPC will make the final decision for an 'adverse conditions cancellation' no earlier than 8am of your tour day.
You can call our sales office as early as 7:30am to get a conditions report.
Should SPC cancel your tour day due to adverse conditions, you will receive a 1-year Ski Credit pro-rated for the unused portion of your tour. (no monetary refunds)
No refunds are provided if the quality of skiing does not meet your expectations after 1 run**
No refunds are provided if you choose not to ski or snowmobile or leave your tour early after 1 run.

Skiing and Snowboarding Ability Policy
Expert and high intermediate skiers and snowboarders will find SPC's glades
and steep, falline open-bowl skiing challenging and fun.
Novices and Intermediates are welcome within 'private cat' parties only!
SPC reserves the right to request a guest who is having difficulty with our terrain or snow conditions to either ride in the cat on some descents or return to the village for a Schweitzer lift pass, courtesy of SPC.
