CAT SKIING AND SNOWMOBILING RESERVATION POLICIES
Deposit
if
you
are booking 120 days in advance and the value of your tour is $500.00 you can book with a 50% deposit. Your balance is
due 60 days in advance of your tour date and is automatically taken on the account used to make the deposit.
Refund request by client
1. Cancellation notice received
with MORE THAN 60 days before tour date:
a. You will be charged a 10% handling fee
b. If you rebook to another day all monies are transferable
2. Cancellation notice received
with LESS THAN 59 days before tour date:
a. No refund
Credit for rain or mechanical failure
Only issued when clients are on-site and ready to ride
1. If a tour is shortened a pro-rated credit,
determined by the management, is issued towards a current in-season day
2. If no tour time is experienced then 100% tour fee credit
is issued towards a current in-season day
Travel Insurance with "Cancel For Any Reason" enhanced coverage
If you are considering that you may want, or need, to cancel your cat skiing or snowmobiling reservation we urge you to purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE with enhanced coverage called "Cancel For Any Reason". This travel insurance must be purchased within a prescribed time of making your deposit, but allows you to cancel your trip, for any reason,
with a minimum of 48-hours notice before the time of departure. INSUREMYTRIP.COM offers a wide list of insurance companies underwriting such a coverage.
